For those who don't know who Sims Vibration Labs (SVL), they are the fine folks who manufacture Limbsaver recoil pads and many other cool stuff.

A week and a half ago, I received a new Speedfeed Youth Stock for my Tacitcal/Zombie shotgun build. Well, I didn't like the pad that came with it, as it was quite stiff. So I went to Bass Pro in SA to buy a Limbsaver pad for it. I went trough all the pads and found a Speed Mount Pad (rounded top and bottom for faster site acquisition). Paid $30 for it, a pretty penny, but worth it.

I got home and tried to mount it. It didn't fit, but on the Limbsaver pad, was a little sticker to call or email Limbsaver before returning the product to the store. So I did. Next day, got an email requesting the dimensions of the rear of the stock and my address. So I sent it to them. Next day, they told me they were sending a new recoil pad to me, free of charge.

Low and behold, today, a new recoil pad showed up in my mail box along with a master catalog. It fit perfectly, same design, just with a Remington logo.

SVL has some of the best customer service I encountered in a long time.
