Alright fellas', as advertised, a pure T and A thread...Targets and Ammo . I will start things off with a few of my good ones. Some reloads that went right and a recent, 10 shot, (no bs!) rimfire group. AND...that dime is covering another 10 shot group! Most of my targets also note the range and gun used. Post a pair if you got em'. Now without further delay, for your viewing pleasure...some real T&A

Savage Edge from a bi-pod and cheapo Bushnell scope 4 shot group @100 yrds.
First picture is group comparison to a quarter, second picture is that same group covered with a dime.

Nothing too impressive but some 50 yard groups I put up with my 11.5 sbr build once I completed it at reds.. First is a 4 shot at 50 in the red and the second was a 3 shot at 100. P5220124.jpg P5220122.jpg

**edit* the right picture is 50 not 100...

115 grain Berry plate with 4.2 grains of 700x IMR at 1.110"
Off hand at 15 yards. Not great, but not bad either.
    11 rounds, IIRC

5 shot group: 50 yards with 55 grain FMJ handloads, a 14.5" barreled AR and an EoTech XPS. Didn't have my caliper, but those are 1" squares. I got excited and pulled the last one...

    Some Zombie fun:

Was testing some self defense rounds. The fliers were heavy grain 9mm, the rest 124 gr PDX-1's. 15yds

I'll try to submit a couple. :) (hope this works)

This is from my M4 with Nikon M223 2x8 scope. 100yds shooting Winchester 5.56 55gr FMJ. (The blue dot is just a hair bigger than a dime)

Here's one using my Remington R25 .308 with Leupold 3x9 at 100yds 150gr Remington Core Lokt. (Squares are 1")

I finally broke down and ditched the cheap POS I had on top of my AR and set her up with something proper (EOtech XPS2) and dialed her in this afternoon.

    Results
    EOtech group.jpg

6 shot group at 50 yrds. I'll take it.

Vance that CoreLokt group is amazing. I haven't had ANY luck with CoreLokt in the past year, couple other people that use it professionally for hunting have had the same issues. Did you purchase that lot recently?

Believe it or not, but it's stuff that I've picked up at Wally World.

I know that my younger brother shoots a Remington 700 .308 with hand loads and I've sent him a couple of pic's that has completly pissed him off that my semi auto can shoot as well as his bolt action using off the shelf ammo.

Good posts ya'll. It's cool to see those handloads. Those shotty targets are bad-ass txskeeter, keep em' coming. Here are a few more reloads for the 223. My 16" armalite w/a 1in8 bbl. eats the 55gr pills just as well as the heavyweights. I guess I should be shooting 3 or 5 shot groups to really get em' tight but there's something redeeming about pumping out twenty straight on a target. I'm always chasing those factory loads though, on the right, a "control" target shot at with silver box soft points. These were all shot rested, at 50yds. w/an Eotech 553 sight.

Here are a few from my latest purchase. Across the top, some reloads I shoot in my CZ 58. Along the bottom, some groups from the VZ 2008 I just bought. Good accuracy from a century gun. It shoots all the usual commie fodder well, but it's too bad it won't fully chamber my reloads like the CZ version. Please note, although these are only 50 yd groups, they are not "slow fire", they're pretty fast paced.

I think it was on Sunday or Saturday that I orded a case of 9mm luger from Weapons World, who are forum supporters. It came in today, So 4 business days isn't bad.
RWS 9mm Luger Ammunition 124 Grain Full Metal Jacket 1000 round case

A case of 9mm luger shipped for $199.98 seemed like a pretty good deal to me.
It kind of annoyed me that the delivery guy left it on my porch. Not their fault, but It got back to me. I kind of wish it didn't say what was inside in on the outside of the box.

Inside the box (I cannot open boxes without tearing them up) lots of ammo! The box was well taped and padded with extra cardboard. Packaged very well.
Pretty brass cased ammo. Shiny and new. I haven't got the chance to shoot any. I'll post some pictures when I get the chance. Very satisfied so far.
