Rifle smith for a rebarrel

Looking for a smith with a good reputation working with rifles, to rebarrel a Kimber 84M. Currently have a factory barreled action with an 0.470 bolt face and a Lilja blank.

Need the blank threaded for the action and the thing chambered to 6 Creed min headspace. Finishing a plus but not a deal breaker as I will likely paint it at some point.

I'm DFW area and would prefer someone local, but will ship if needed. Thanks!
