I have a 67-1 with paperwork, box, etc., it came with when new. Don't have rear sight tool. Does this stuff give the piece extra value?

Original box always adds value. How much depends. Value these days is what you're willing to sell it for and what someone is willing to pay. Looks like a nice revolver so research the internet and come up with a selling price. If you have owned it since new you likely paid a couple hundred bucks for it.
