Did this video going over a 3rd Gen S&W 4513 from the Performance Center. 662 of these compact aluminum frame .45’s were made. The Briely bushing (Briley shotguns in Texas) was a great feature to aid in accuracy/no barrel play. Slide to frame fit is like a Wilson or Nighthawk. The DA/SA trigger was amazing for its time. Still better than my Beretta M9A4 I feel, and the M9A4 is a great DA/SA trigger. I go over the pistol and disassembly, along with talking over how to remove the Briley bushing.
Picked mine up at a Gun shop in Copperas Cove TX near Fort Hood years ago. The owner had a number of serial number 2 S&W’s. I bought 3, but wish I had 4, to have 4 Duces!
