Torches tacos Rojas salsa and chips are pretty hard to beat in fact it's quite addicting ;) and for those who like adult drinks they have a bar where you can enjoy them. Or you can sit at a regular table and chew on some Tacos too.

4 Roma tomatoes cored, 7 chopped jalepenos, 1/2 of an onion rough chopped, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Boil in 2 to 3 cups of chicken stock. Peel the tomatoes and the puree. Serve hot over eggs, or chill and add cilantro and lime and serve with chips

When my BIL was stationed in Maine, they actually brought him catsup for a bit of salsa. When he asked for something hotter they brought out a bottle of tobasco and warned him it was very hot.

Love salsa made with serrano peppers.

I buy Hell on the Red regularly. Good stuff. And Mateo's from Costco is pretty good, but heavier on the garlic than I prefer.

Good Lord - this thread is gonna blow up. I LOVE salsa. No, I didn't say it right, I love salsa more than boring FMJ 9mm's into ballistic gel videos. Hmm, still not right - if you have a Mexican restaurant around here, you will fail miserably without good salsa. Go to is Marks:
