I haven't heard back after emailing them about the belt clip falling off of my ventcore holster. Should I not expect anything from them? The screw and rubber grommet are probably somewhere on the Austin Town Lake hike/bike trail. I've otherwise been happy with the comfort it provides while carrying a G34-3/rmr.
