STI 10mm

Anyone know whether STI makes any 10mm single stack guns?

nope, just that 2500.00 double stack beast.
they are a custom company though so maybe call em and see if they might be able to put something together for you.

If Schumann makes the barrel you can get a custom shop gun.

A custom shop gun would be great. Schumann makes .40 barrels but I didn't see a 10mm listed on their site. Maybe they could modify the chamber for me.

They make a .400" short chamber, which can be reamed with a 10mm ream. You'd just have to get the barrel cut, or see if STI has the ability to do so. Last time I was up there I didn't see anything of the sort.

I like the Delta Elite and DW but I have wanted an STI for some time. They are made in Texas!

Perhaps I can buy a .400 barrel from Schumann and get it modified by a gunsmith, then bring it to STI.

You could just buy a Trojan in .40S&W, have the chamber reamed to 10mm, and re-spring it... maybe add an EGW firing pin stop as well.

Yes, they will.

The frames on all full-size, single-stack, 1911s have the same magazine well dimensions.

The magazines themselves will have different treatments to feed different cartridges (ribs, spacers, etc.).
