One of bho's boys, this guy is poised to do some real damage. He wants to be able to sue folks like us who post on websites with different views from his own.

American Thinker Blog: Cass Sunstein's despicable ideas on regulating the internet

[FONT=times new roman, times]Sunstein's book is a blueprint for online censorship as he wants to hold blogs and web hosting services accountable for the remarks of commenters on websites while altering libel laws to make it easier to sue for spreading "rumors."

Say nothing of the fact that is is a rampant anti-gunner that is up for a position that will help the president circumvent congress in policies that will destroy our 2nd amendment freedoms.
Anti-Gun Radical Cass Sunstein Could Ban Hunting

Here is a link to an anti-Sunstein site, that puts all the bad stuff about him up front.

Нен! Censorship... America had had a victory in the Cold War lately?

In Russia any kind of censorship is strictly prohibited in the threat of a prison, and this is written
in the Russian Konstitution. Here people to born free. 5 years earlier Russian minister of communications
had made a speaking about censorship in the Internet freely on TV and was fired aftermath.

The only good thing after censorship was the famous Russian "Tro-lo-lo-lo" song.
We Russians drink vodka and don't afraid of censorship because we know that censors should be afraid.

Today in the Russian TV gay leader had a talk with representative legeslator, they have discussed
First Russian gay-parade to take place in Moscow in 28 May 2011. So, absolutely now
    censorship in Russia nowdays!

I'm no alarmist, but incrementalism has slowly but surely taken away so many liberties and fun activities in this country that I consider this kind of infringement of our 1st Amendment rights inevitable, especially if Obama wins a second term and/or with future Democrat administrations and ruling majorities in Congress. Can you say Fairness Doctrine?

Well If there is no censorship in Russia, then there is no bias in American media. The current American propoganda machine puts the iron curtain's old machine to shame!!!

    +1

I'd add that at least in the Russian media market today they have vastly more freedom of content than we have here in the U.S. In fact, pretty much most of the world except the Middle East and Southeast Asia have more freedom of content than we do. The nannies are always watching us here.
