Time to test Vortex warranty

Vortex Venom optic.

Accidentally dropped with a full mag onto hardwood floor, you can see the distortion in the top-right of the optic.

I wish I could just get a refund so i could replace with an modern optic that has decent battery life and always-on functionality.

Wow, I called and immediately was speaking with a customer care rep who emailed a prepaid shipping label to me. She was super friendly.

So far so good.

I had a vortex on my 22/45. Up and died. I had a brand new one 2 days later. No questions asked.

I sent them a razor some years back and it was repaired and back to me in 5 days.

While out hunt. I feel and landed on my rifle. Vortex scope had a dent in the main tube. Held zero. I pulled MVP.

Per tracking. They day it showed up, they mailed me a new one. FEDEX "lost" it while out on deliver for 4 days. When i called them about the situation. They next day a nother scope via ups.
