I would imagine the condition of most of the military M9's would be such that they would be offered really cheap.
I got an Italian made 92 for $279 + shipping. Right now they are $299. Solid guns, shoot well; mine could use some re-bluing. I updated my M9 to G-model and was going to use the ambi-controls on the older 92, but the internals of the safety are different enough to not work without some machining, and after almost losing the strong-side plunge and spring 5 times.. I decided to return the original controls for now.To be honest I am looking for a cheap beatup M92FS/M9 to practice some gunsmithing on as I don't want to completely strip down one of my current Beretta pistols.
