Got a new mould for my 44 mag that casts hollow points. I ended up testing around 75 rounds of it. I'd be lying if I said that they didn't start to sting a bit towards the end. They should make a really nice deer and hog round though.

I guess you could call it reloading. In an effort to clean my bench up, I found about 40 mismatched, some with primers, .223 trimmed cases. I usually have some outlier cases left over for my precision loadings. Loaded them into plinkers.

Annealed and sized a bunch of 30/30, PCd couple hundred 145gr PB, shot a bunch of 30/30 this morning. 145gr PB with unique. A few FTX and some 185gr GC PC. It's set for summer plinking & hogs now. Showed a guy how to sight his red dot by looking through the AR barrel. 3 shots to get on the X.

What did you color it with?
I bought some red dykem layout fluid for that purpose. Not sure how it will work.

Looks like 6.5 CM boolits. Good deal. I loaded up 50 140g Noslers last night. Tonight was sizing, trimming, and cleaning 100 cases of 6.5 Grendel. Tomorrow will be stuffing them with 123g ELD's and 8208XBR. It's funny. That powder is apparently the go to stuff on Grendel rounds. Rarely see it used elsewhere. I loaded some 6.5 CM with it, just cause. It was no better than the go to H4350.

Sharpies. Blue, red and black work best. Kids used a different one once and it came out purple looking which was easy to distinguish from others. I used to mark the body but over time it can build up in your chamber so now it just mark the rim area........ you can also color bullets and mark loads on white paper if you have a soft backstop.
