I never speak like that, but I've heard that all my life. "Friday week" no "a" is the way I've always heard it though.Southern, generally South East I think. Some guys I work with from Tennessee and Alabama say it. Older guys usually too so hopefully it is falling out of fashion.
They also say "Friday a week" or just "Friday week" as in a week from Friday.
