Things that irritate me

These Jon and Kate Goosepeople... WTF? WTH cares about them and their life? The media attention on these people makes me wish they were hit by buses and made dead so that we would only hear about them for a couple more months then GONE!!!

Who are these Kardassian (spelling?) people? Why do people care about what they do every second of the day?

Shows like American Idol, Survivor, American Race, Real World, etc? UGH

Any mention of Lance Armstrong... AT ALL makes me hope he gets hit by the same bus that runs over the first two mentioned in this post...

Any mention of Obama or his family... although the wife reminds me of Thereasa Randle in "King of New York" a little bit...

Joe Jackson is nearing the top 5 on the list as being more money hungry than ever...

I am with you all the way. The whole "celebrity" thing escapes me. How can you be a celebrity when you have never done a thing?

Most of our culture purposely avoids focusing on the people who are role models. They want train wrecks and "cool" people who are on the way to or bound for jail or some other bad end.
