We start gathering @ 1100 and usually stay until after noon or so, depending on the crowd.
Not everyone knows Pecan Park Blvd. by name; but it's basically the road that goes between Lakeline Mall and the other commercial stuff along the 183 frontage road. Fuddrucker's is across Pecan Park from Chili's, Texican Cafe and Pluckers, essentially at the northwest corner of 620/45 and Pecan Park. C'mon over!

I didn't mean work-work, I meant ranch-work. I would have to give the note to myself and I'm pretty sure it would be rejected.

Well, I may have to rescind my recommendation of Bone Daddy's for this week. Seems much has changed there, including the now standard jeans and t-shirt attire for the waitstaff. That doesn't bode well for a costume-fest come Friday. Recent Yelp reviews comment on the change in food quality, also.

Dang...Official word from BD's is "no costumes until Monday"

Maybe we should just hit Rudy's...Dang

I remember Hoji complaining about the food, last minute changes may confuse people, but I am in. Somebody please make an executive decision. BBQ is fine with me.

Bone Daddy's for Halloween lunch?

Got confirmation that the wait staff at Bone Daddy's will be in costume on Halloween. Since we went across the highway last Friday, would anyone be interested in meeting at BD's for Halloween lunch? I'm pretty sure I'll shoot for the usual 1100 start time, just in case it's crazy crowded for lunch.


For this week's Friday lunch, we are headed to Sam's Boat, hoping for deck weather, but prepared to eat hushpuppies indoors if necessary.

I'm looking forward to Sam's Boat but I can't make it this week. I have to be here tomorrow for a tractor delivery, com'on guys, you knew it was just a matter of time. Anyway, I don't know what's scheduled this week, but can I propose Sam's Boat for Nov. 11.
