My last one I sent in for was in Febuary 2010 = still waiting also.
My examiner say's they did not like some verbage in my Trust which was drafted by a lawyer.
I am just patiently waiting.

Sean Cody prepared mine for me.

How do I check on it's progress?

The number to the BATFE, to check status is 304-616-4500

My Trust was prepared by Sean Cody also, the first 2 items went pretty quick. I also had a diff. examiner on thiose 2.

Just got off the phone with my examiner w/ the BATFE.

I was told my paper work was still being looked at by the council. WoW no hurry here.

What info do they need when you call so I can be prepared?

Odd that the same trust would have a problem on the third time used, & not the first time???

I was only curious I've heard he is very good about defending his trust with our friends down at the stamp factory. He did my trust also so far so good I just sent three more form 4's off yesterday

I understand I wasnt taking it that way Sean, Keith(nfa investments) and everybody else I've met through these guys have been some of the friendliest and most helpful people you could ask to meet. Just thought Sean might like to be made aware of what was going on. He might even be able to straighten it out for you with one call who knows. Keep us posted btw I'm in Spring too if you ever wanna go shoot once you get this worked out
