I am moving to the Spring area in a few months and am trying to scope out a home range. Are there any ranges in the Spring/woodlands/etc area that allow drawing from a holster? Indoor/outdoor is fine. Private is ok too if the cost is reasonable.

    Any help is appreciated.

I live in The Woodlands and don't know of any place around that allows what you are wanting to do.

I will say that I frequent "Spring Guns and Ammo". They have two locations (indoor), the newer one is closer to my house, but I go to the original location the most.

I don't know of any places that will let you do that. I remember the previous owner of one of the local ranges saying that he would only allow it for LEOs.

How far/long are you willing to drive to practice?

Saddle River off of 1488 will allow you after you show them you're proficient drawing from a holster.
That sounds doable. Thanks for the suggestion. I’m looking forward to moving into the area this summer and I will certainly put this place at the top of my list to try.

I thought the only Houston ranges that allow you to draw are Boyert and Athena. But I also consider Spring area Houston so I could be wrong.
