Drives a MAROON DODGE! Also, does so drunk out of his ass, in broad daylight, and keeps on doing it, as in, getting out of the truck, getting back in and driving it around like this, with the clanking engine, shlopp-shlopp-shlopping tire and screeching rim for another 45 minutes.

I'd suspect pills but I didn't see him walk. Somebody down stairs is selling things. Drunks don't stop off to buy beer at the apartments during the middle of the day.
