Wylde can use .223 and 5.56, but I've heard the accuracy is best with .223 at around 55 grain for longer ranges.

This is a 1 in 7 twist barrel though. I was under the impression they liked a little heavier (longer) bullets.

Certainly, but for 600 or 700 yards I've heard the 55 or 62 gr. gets better accuracy. I don't have the experience myself since even with a scope I have a hard time seeing out that far. I have been considering the .223 Wylde for my next build, we'll see.

55g bullets are getting tight groups. Her's is a 1:7 twist too.
