    What is the setting?
Is this a home or work environment?
The woman runs right to home with medical gloves on within seconds

The woman already has the gloves on before the shot.
I believe the setting is a tattoo parlor.

All negligent discharges are that.. negligent... It's just my stupid guessing here, but I think that in any case of a ND where the gun was not dropped on the ground someone stupidly pulled the trigger.. Anytime I touch a gun I make sure to have my fingers off the trigger.. When I practice drawing and shooting I always practice drawing empty a few times without any ammo and make sure that the muscle memory tells me hey.. don't put the finger on the trigger until right before you squeeze it.

I guess I'm just paranoid and extra careful... only my shield has a manual safety, the rest are "trigger" safeties.. which aren't safeties at all.. The best safety you have is your brain.. my IWB holster.. I reholster in my pants.. and I make damn sure it's going in correctly. Again, why was the firearm out of the holster in the first place?

The comments are awesome. This video illustrates why I'm not a fan of appendix carry and Glocks.

As Darkpriest667 said a "trigger safety" isn't a safety. I'll take my 1911 pistols all day long.

I am not a fan of glocks period.

And agree on the 1911. Safer to carry and not prone to all jamming of the tupperware guns.

The lady could have gloves on because she is cleaning or has been cleaning. Either way I'm far too paranoid about carrying a gun pointed at my dick and femoral artery. No thanks.

Yep, don't have to worry about shooting yourself with a 1911, it'll jam first....
