Since nobody seems to have read the link I posted...the shooter in this case allegedly has a history of volatile behavior. I wouldn't be touting have as some innocent victim in this situation. JMO...YMMV....
Sandoval... No sir, I did not read the post. I did not have to. I knew that info as soon as I saw the video. The actions carried out be the shooter were clearly delusional. I'm not lying when I say I have worked with someone just like him.

Anyone in there right mind would of had a different outcome. This incident never should have happened.
Clearly the shooter never should have been able to own a hand gun.

I am ok with it. I think if he takes it to a jury, he will have a decent chance of getting off. The sheriff initially not charging him is a good sign too. The DA is responding to the social outrage. Could it have been avoided? Yep but there is a lot of fault to go around. The victim couple seem like your typical POS.

What is your meaning behind this sentence?

Read a history book on WW2. You will figure it out.[/QUOTE]
That don't help me understand where your coming from oldag. I actually listened to 2 audio documentaries on ww2 last weekend.

Some folks use "Nazi" loosely as a symbol of a "hard a$$" or a "ram roder" or going overboard without thinking about everyone's situation. You could also say "Ruthless and relentless". Which they we're.

That's how I took the OP use of "Nazi".

Please school me if I'm wrong oldag.

So if this trail is based on "facts". The fact is... none of this would have happened if he would have minded his own business.
Well you forgot the - it would not have happened if he didn't park in a handicap spot or it would not have happened if she would not have called her bf/husband, it would not have happened if the guy didn't come out the store and violently shove the guy to the ground immediately upon exiting.

    No schooling.

Guess I am responding to the loose use of the term. And I am sick of liberals calling conservatives and the President "Nazi". The Nazi's were not just ruthless and relentless. They symbolized and practiced pure evil. The holocaust was not just Jews, but also the crippled, infirmed and mentally deficient. Not content just to kill, the incredibly cruel experiments carried out on large numbers of innocent people. And that special subset of Nazi's, the Gestapo.

Anyone who has studied history should know not to use that term lightly.

There are lots of opinions here and i see various sides. I personally might have presented, but would not have likely taken a shot unless i saw a weapon, but just like most cases BLM has gotten involved in if the black person killed had not committed bad behavior they would be alive. he had no right to put his hands on the man let alone violently shove him to the ground.

I’m reminded of the old saying about opinions.

Bottom line for this incident is that it took two to tango, and both parties had a role in what happened.

Now, since the incident didn’t occur in Texas and this isn’t FGT, we’re all just spectators without the ability to influence the outcome.

Can ya blame him? He just wants to get out so he can get back to protecting that handicap parking space! (It’s his duty as a sheepdog!)
I’m thinking he lies awake at night just thinking of all those cars parking in that space that he’s not there to protect.

Guess he should’ve thunk of that earlier. ♀️ <— jailer

Where are all the anti-bail protesters I hear about, complaining how bail is disproportionately hurts the poor?

    Read my mind.

Yet in New mexico a judge lets terrorists training kids to commit school shootings go with signatuere bail or a small bond.
