Politics, some excessive trolling, new people of good intention getting used to the vibe, a very few newbs that joined specifically to cause grief, long-timers getting fed up...there have been a number of contributing factors. Any one or two don't make a difference but through, IMO, sheer bad luck it seems we've gotten hit with them all at once.

Several of those situations have stabilized. The bickering and attitudes are tapering off and I have faith they will continue to do so.

I think the weather plays a part too. So many bad/ rainy days hurts people's mood.

Looks like everyone had a blast!

We did. They're all ready to go again. I used to be extremely apathetic toward fishing but after watching my daughter cast for the first time after I showed her how, I got it.
