I got a buck a few weeks ago and have been working on the euro mount myself. I have all the meat except the upper nostrils cleared out.
Here’s a stock photo for reference:
I cleaned out the main nostrils where all those fragile bones are but there’s a cavity up above that. (If you turn a skull upside down, look at the roof of the main nostril “tube” and it’s that area that has the meat)
Any tips?
