He may change his speeches, but the socialists in control of his party won’t quit fighting - they’ll just continue lying and look for back room deals.

One the one hand, “Russian election interference!”

Over 2 years & no proof of Russian collusion... & i'm sure in another 2 in 2020 there will still be no Russian collusion. If they had something they would be loosing their minds right now.
All the Russia investigation is going to do is prove to the voting public that it was a which hunt.

No matter what, in the end its going to come down to the moderates picking a side.
We already know that most conservatives are voting Trump & that most liberals are voting Beto or Bernie.
Either way the country is split 50/50 for the most part, just like we've seen in the last few elections the last 4 years.

Well now that he is running for President you watch he is going to become a poster boy in the Dem party. I hate to say it but the 2018 elections were so close for Senator he just might carry Texas in a Presidential remember Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and El Paso are hugely democrat and with the number of Liberals coming to Texas to avoid high Taxes I hope there is enough of us left to stop him. As I predicted I think he is going to be the Democrap nominee. Why he will appeal to the ladies and Hispanics ith several states allowing illegals to vote we may be screwed.

    Antares,

While I don't disagree with you about the LEFTIST morons moving into TX, I don't think that the DIMocRATS will nominate Beto, the PHONY Latino.

I further suspect that the LOONY/hate-FILLED, arrogant DIMocRATS will tear each other apart in their series of primaries to the point that NONE of their candidates can win. = This will be a carnival sideshow of epic proportions, imo.
    (Best make LOTS of popcorn.)

    yours, satx

That's exactly what the Dems said about the too-large Republican field of candidates before the previous presidential election.

I remain hopeful but cautious about the future. I can imagine things going seriously sideways and that prospect fills me with dread if I dwell on it.

    benenglish,

Fwiw, the DIMocRATS Party "activist majority" is so far OUT of the mainstream that I suspect that the leftist DIMs will nominate a FAR left candidate & who has NO chance in the EC..

    just my OPINION, satx

I'm listening to him talk and his heavy hitting points are "the homeless primarily use drugs so they can go to prison and receive medical care" (I thought I heard this wrong, and then he was kind enough to repeat it for me..3 times), we need to legalize marijuana (he doesn't really care - he's going after the minority votes), he was beating around the bush that we should have more income equality as far as anyone who works should be well taken care of.

I strongly hope you're right. I think you are. But it never hurts to do a little thinking about worst-case outcomes and how to deal with them.

Problem is, Republican party demonstrably has no clue how to deal with Radical dims.

    Republicans walk in route step.
Radical dims march in lock step.
