    Marion Hammer, is that you?
ANY semi auto can be bump fired.

By your logic all semi autos are actually full autos.

Tell us something we don't all know, ace.

The bumpstock is a mechanical device, permanently attached to the rifle (e.g., modifying) which enables full auto. Your thumb when hooked into your belt loop doesn't meet that criteria, genius.

Again, I do not agree with the NFA. But approval of the bumpstock should never have been granted to begin with under current regulations/laws. Change the laws and regulations? I'll fully support that. But I won't cry crocodile tears over bumpstocks.

Use a little more logic when responding and save everyone some time.

Bumpstock is still one trigger pull per shot.

Do you think the 10/22 Gatling Gun kits are machine guns as well? They fire a lot faster than a bumpstocked gun.

You sound like the “I’m for the 2nd Amendment, But........”

Bump stocks do not allow more than one round to be fired by squeezing the trigger one time.

Read the legal definition of a machine gun, ace.

Still having trouble with reading comprehension? Can you point out one single instance when I said I support the NFA? I can point out multiple times where I said the opposite.

So we should nothing till he bans them?,

That is the strategy we used with Reagan and Machine Guns. How did that work out? If only gun owners had said/done something sooner we would be paying $500 for an M16....

I have signed the petition, emailed the WH. Answer your question?

Never said we should be silent. I did say we should not get wound around the axle.

I am not going to go overboard condemning Trump for banning silencers when he has not banned them.

And why is there a petition? Because we sounded the alarm that you apparently did not want us to signal.

Gracious man, please start reading what is written.

No need to go postal on Trump. Can't anyone have a civil disagreement anymore? Is it not possible to start the petition, start trying to educate Trump and making our opinion known without all the extreme drama and Trump bashing? This is part of what is wrong with our society today.

Keep overreacting to everything Trump says. You will be just as stressed and exercised as the Dems and the liberal media. And way more often than not, it will all be for nothing.

Enough said. Folks aren't listening or truly thinking. No use in wasting time.

Hell, while we are at it, Jerry Miculek , by OD’s defined parameters would be a machine gun.

Heck, Jerry ought to be classified as a machine gun. ;)

    {And you still are not reading or comprehending what was written. Just like the liberals, you twist everything to fit your narrative.}

    Have a great day.

Nice ad hominem. Do you think 10/22 Gatling guns are machine guns?
You are going to some pretty good lengths to not answer the question.

    Why is that?

Keep overreacting to everything Trump says.

No reaction at, just keeping score of who our friends are.

Trump is now 0 for 2 on guns. I have pretty much given up on him doing anything positive for guns. Now the battle is make sure he does not go 0 for 3 or worse

The sad reality is gun owners are going to come out of a Trump Presidency with a net loss on guns, after coming out of an Obama Presidency with a net win.

By my count we are 0-3.

No HPA or National Reciprocity ( with a GOP House and Senate) and bumpstocks.

ETA- 0-4 when you consider the DOJ asking SCOTUS to not review the Kansas case.

I am so tired of voting then holding my nose and supporting the person that will hurt me the least. That is the problem for the GOP in 2020. Choices between bad and poor are - not good. Rhinos won't run anyone good, just the same-ol guys. What was the turnout for 2016? GOP voters stay home, Dems go to the polls. Plus a lot of ballot cheating that they won't prosecute.

I have to wonder if this would be a post about our guns being taken away if the election had gone differently. As long as there are "politicians", politics will always be involved. Trump mainly looks to the NRA on gun advice. I'll just leave it there.
