I'm doing PT for my knees twice a week. I also moved a bunch of heavy reloading stuff between PT appointments. I was going to go get more reloading stuff today but both my knees are hurt'en like hell.

I could barely put weight on the right knee this morning.

Being broken sucks, growing old while being broken sucks donkey testicles.

I can no longer lift my right arm above shoulder high, if I get on my knees I need to make sure there is something sturdy to pull myself up with, my left elbow hurts 24/7 and I go through 16 ibuprofen a day. The golden years are not what they told me they would be.

Check out your diet ... yeah, I know.

Everyone is different, but it's been damned amazing what cutting out sugars and going low carb has done for my 76 year old joints.

My helicopter knee, and punching bag shoulders will still twist on a misstep and ache, but the recovery time has gone from months to hours, literally. Go to bed hurting, wake up fine ... until the next misstep

Haven't taken pain killer/Tylenol in almost three months now.

See that out of place piece of furniture/ottoman on the left on the floor.
Without that last year, I'll still be laying on the floor trying to get up.

OP, have you considered knee replacement surgery? With a good doc, I have seen folks do fantastic. Many wonder why they did not have the surgery sooner.

If mine keep getting worse, I may have to pursue that option.

I had a frozen shoulder and had therapy for 3 months. Nurse Goodbody was my therapist. She thought therapy was a contact sport. 3 months was not enough. I had to argue to get an extension.

My MIL did both hers at 65. Said she wished she had done it 10 years prior. More active than I had ever seen her.

I have no idea if this will help with your knee pain and it may not but after using this for joint pain off and on for over a year all I can say is without a doubt it has made a lot of difference with joint pain I experience in my hip, all joints in the lower extremities, & finger joints (knuckles). I actually use the CVS brand for better value but nature valley brand at Walmart seemed to work as well?
