What are the things that make you think "I wish Corpus had that..."

There does not seem to be a Brazilian Steakhouse in Corpus. Not the end of the world but that sucks.

Large trees.

If one visits up the Nueces River, from Robstown "Hazel" Park, to the North West, there are many very large live oak trees and several other species like cypress, cottonwood, mesquite TREES, etc. But Metro CC has too few large native trees.

Yeah, I was driving around corpus yesterday. Checking out houses. There really does seem to be a higher percentage of sucky roads than most other Texas metros.
