    Is the charge currently murder?

ETA: And you want what we think it will be, or what we think it "should" be?

    Ok.
How do we know to select "lesser charge" if we don't know what she is charged with?

I also asked the same question you did as well.

I guess we should wait till the trial is over a deliberations begin. though I am sure we have all formed opinions by now.

Also, are we using the bangability standard for Guilty/Not Guilty like we do in teacher sex scandals?

That makes 3 possible ways to vote.

Her defense team thinks so which is why they gave her the sexay makeover... Not joking here.

The wife thinks there was too much emphasis on her looks and she should tone it down. it appears she did. her hair appears darker and she has a sweater over her dress. Dress looks a little looser and longer vs earlier in the week.

I found Ranger Armstrong to be an odd bird, insisting she did no wrong. None, Nada, Zilch. It seemed to me he was literally trying to sabotage the case. We now find out Armstrong rana Stop sign and killed a man in a traffic accident a few years ago while driving twice the speed limit in a state owned vehicle. So he is in the take no responsibility for your action and blame others camp.

Meant to put this in the other thread. I was sexting the wife after long day at same time so not my fault. Fortunately my unarmed dog did not advance toward me.
