No. She entered the apartment thinking it was her apartment. Intending to kill didn't come into play until a perceived threat appeared after she entered the apartment.

She entered the apt with a gun drawn and in her hand, believing there was a threat in the form of an intruder.

there is no evidence he did not follow her instructions. All she ask was to see hands. He may have complied.

That’s why I lean towards conviction of murder. I’m just not convinced from her testimony and the facts I’ve been able to learn, that given her mistake of fact she acted reasonably.

Wasn't entering the wrong apartment the "mistake of fact"?

I thought she was ready to kill him before she opened the door?

    ETA:All is moot now anyway.

    Burnt by her own words.

Yep, Pro-Tip - Dont admit you wanted to kill the person you just killed.

There is also an irony as a result of the special treatment she got right after the shooting. Had they not done this, and treated her a a criminal, cuffed her, read her rights, she might have been more cautious in running her mouth and deleting texts, and all post-shooting activities.

Clear this up..., I'm under the impression she had already entered the apartment then drew her gun after she saw the victim and perceived a threat. If she entered the apartment with her gun already drawn, that's a game changer for me.

She testified she had her backpack, lunch box and heavy armor in her left hand. She pushed door open with left hand, and had drawn gun in right hand as she entered the apartment.
