Morning all
Brought to mind Acesn'8s from here a couple of years ago.
Member that passed from cancer a few years back. Never met him but he wasn't far from me.I feel like a ******* for asking but who was he and what happened?
Now I do remember Robocop 10MM but not Acesn'8s.
And then we discuss the nuisances of heat/time/temperature and try to hit a medium well level as to not overcook. For 4 years old, shes comfortable in the kitchen like her daddy. View attachment 192297

If I were a better man I might have considered as much, but I did not, and I see your valid point. I do try to keep the temp low enough so she doesnt get a burn from the pan (if she were to rest her arm on it it will be quite warm, but not skin searing hot), so there was no sizzle/pop of browned butter. I try to be very safety conscious, but I also realize that the cuts/scrapes/burns aren't totally avoidable and they provide valuable lessons along the way. I'm trying here, to grow as a man and be a good father. They didnt come with a handbook, I just hope they never know the broken road that I walked to get here today, I want better for them. Not knowing the temperature, should she be wearing eye protection being short and that close to the pan?
She has since passed. We bought her in 2009. Found her dead (heartattack?) in 2015 and my red heeler all beat up. I think something came after her and my heeler intervened.... she probably died from the run.Pics of the piggy?
