    It’s still evidence based.

You still haven’t provided any evidence to support any of the impeachable offenses you claim took place. This is why most of the country isn’t supporting impeachment (most recent aggregate polls).

Unless your asserting that impeachment is nothing more than a political tool to be used when a party has a large enough majority to overturn the will of the people (election), evidence is needed. The idea of supporting an impeachment for no other reason than political gain is pretty disgusting and an affront to our constitutional republic.

The transcript and the testimony in front of The House made it clear to me that his conduct was impeachable in terms of founding fathers intent. I acknowledge that Trumps acts might not have been proven sufficiently for a criminal trial, but that’s not what was constitutionally intended.

Booming economy, low unemployment, increasing wages, lower taxes, stronger military, increase national security, increased enforcement of immigration law, etc.

Causality is an issue with your assumptions, but regardless, you don’t get to violate the constitution because of good economic conditions.

The transcript didn’t support any of the “whistleblower” claims. It was such a non-starter that there were immediate claims that it must have been doctored.

It also doesn’t fit any of the other stuff you listed earlier.

Simple solution. Release the actual call and allow all the executive branch witnesses to testify. What’s there to hide after all? Mulvaney did testify to the American public, but was quickly put back in the closet because he spoke the truth.

Mulvaney’s testimony was chopped up for sound bites and taken out of context which is why he went back to clarify his statements.

The transcript is the “record”. Do you think the call was recorded?

Trump has executive privilege. It can be overturned by the courts but is waiting on SCOTUS. Trump has been smart to not send his people in considering the way the hearings were run. Much like what happened with Mulvaney.

Dems have been pushing impeachment literally since the day Trump was elected. They have chased one accusation after another without finding anything. Since these hearing started they have changed the supposed crime at least 3 times. They even had a survey done to see which crime the public felt was most appalling which is how they came up with “bribery”. In short, they have lost credibility. The lack of credibility combined with the lack of any evidence for their claims, and the complete and utter contempt they have shown for Trump since the day he was elected paints this entire mess as nothing more than an attempt at political assassination.

Schiff is even on record saying that Trump must be impeached before he “cheats again”, despite 3 years of brutal investigation resulting in nothing. IMO, it becomes pretty obvious that this impeachment is about personal bias, not the constitution or any misdeeds by POTUS.

Likely the Chinese/Russians have a recording of the call, as well as the Presidents tax returns and the notes from the Russian Oval Office meetings. I call on them to send that and whatever other dirt they have to Fliki-leaks, the failing New York Times etc. good right. Gloves off on all sides/ free for all? I mean, Trump stuff on the White House lawn and asked so why not.

Wasting tax payer dollars. Now we understand each other. Both parties should be ashamed.

Anything to back any of that up?

I can accuse Pelosi of child molestation, but that does not mean it can be backed up.

Actually, all of the experts answered "no" when asked if there was any evidence of quid pro quo. Even the Dem's experts.

    Russia? Again?

Honestly, I don’t know what any of that is supposed to mean. Seems to be more baseless speculation.

And if Schiff wants to stand in his front lawn and ask Russia to provide any evidence they possess it would be fine. It would probably backfire though, and they are having enough trouble trying to keep Biden’s name out of the Ukraine scandal. Imagine what mess they might get if Russia started talking, lol.

Given that Trump has been no friend to Russia and has done more to hinder them than any recent previous administration, I doubt they are covering for him. They would likely prefer to get back to working with Dem leadership that doesn’t really take a stand against them.

The Democrats are in the reality distortion field that's why they call us cult followers when in reality they are the Dummies for believing the BS being shoveled by the MSM and Democrat pols.

What has Trump done to hinder the Russians exactly? The near felatio in Helsinki? Abandoning the Kurds in Syria? Attempting to give them their compounds back? The private meetings in the Oval (versus the Ukrainian President). Exactly, how has he been tougher than any other administration? Specifically.
