By the way, for anyone who is in Austin. I got my V-Bob at The Range, the fancy one that opened in South Austin and it was such a good deal I can't even say. Their gun selection is great and they have nice used shit. No junk.

+1 on The Range. No gun counter commando bullshit the couple of times I have gone there to zero rifles.

I have a Dan Wesson Silverback in 10mm. It may be the best shooting handgun out of the box I have ever shot.
There is a video of a guy taking down a wildebeest at 100 yards with one. One shot. I will be taking mine into the woods for deer season next year.

Very nice! My DW love story started at a local gun shop where I was looking at a new Kimber KHX and just happened across a used stainless Specialist so I asked to see it. As soon as I picked it up I said "Holy shit" and I was in love. ... 1100 bones for it didn't hurt either
