Are you suggesting I may not have enough strength?
not at all. The only use I’ve actually heard of is folks decapping brass in front of the tv.

Let me know what you “firm” it up with please. I have several pieces of that myself with more coming soon.I received a tip from my father-in-law of a "guy" that wants to dispose of approximately 100 lbs of soft lead roof flashing. I got the address, and I will be there at 5 p.m. today.
I don't know about that. But, we'll see soon enough.not at all. The only use I’ve actually heard of is folks decapping brass in front of the tv.

Just got done admiring a recent shipment of 135gr 9mm bullets. After a trial run in a few nines they outshined both 115gr and 124gr rounds I had made in the past. Real easy to keep subsonic as well.

Plated.
Thanks a lot rp-!Can confirm. The wife and daughters always bring me things to open and I can't open them. Then when I give them back to them they just pop it open like nothing. I think it's some kind of strength challenge or they're fighting to become alpha. Sleep with one eye open...

I just lol’d at that now the mistress of finance and all good things is up and not happy: it’s not 7:30 yet! Fortunately my AUG shooter is still racked out.
When I need to firm up any mix (soft lead or whatever) I use linotype. In my experience, a ratio of 1/2 lb of pure linotype to every 1lb of soft lead (2:1) is sufficient to raise the BHN up to 12 for air cool and 14 for water cool. This hardness is slightly softer than Lyman #2 but sufficient for most pistol and slower moving rifle calibers. You can also add 5% tin and 5% antimony, but I have never had antimony set aside thus I have never done it that way.Let me know what you “firm” it up with please. That's like 3k bulletsI figure I’ll go through 60#s before everything goes back to normal.
