Step 1-
I’m sure y’all remember this brute from the hunting thread.
Steps 2-4 involve stuff I did months ago, as anyone who has read any of my posts in Hunting/Fishing know, I process all of my own game, so grinding the deer, brisket, mixing and making 1/3lb burgers into six packs for vac sealing and freezing is without pictures.
Step 5-remove from freezer and thaw
The mix is 75% venison 25% brisket.
