Just to be fair and accurate you gotta add leprechaun in there and I think it involves a magic flute. What round for ignorant phucktard?
How much is an outrageous amount? Not meant as an attack on SS recipeints.............
Had a conversation with my Dad many years ago on this subject.......he retired and started drawing SS at 62 and passed away at 94......
When he started paying SS in 1937 (He was born in 1916) he was making about $.25 an hour........yes he paid in for many years.........but even with interest it was no where near the amount he drew out. He was actually getting money that I was paying in at that time.........there is no damn way he ever paid enough in SS taxes during his lifetime to give him 32 years of retirement pay in the amount he was receiving.............
The same is true for me and my Son today............
Yes.... it is a Ponzi scheme.......no, I am not turning it down, either............
edit.......
We are officially out of .380 as of today with none on order, anywhere.....and I'll be damned if I pay some flipper an outrageous amount or stand in line just to do the same thing as the flipper......................
How much is an outrageous amount?
In post #76. All I did was ask you what figure was an outrageous amount. Quoted you. Is $1 a round outrageous? What is your figure as I have a ton of .380.Where did I say outrageous anywhere?
All I said was he received way more in benefits than he ever paid in.......someone has to pay for it.....we can't just keep printing money...anyone knows that.........
. . .
Maybe we need a law limiting the amount of ammo people can buy or store to make sure lazy neckbeards like you can still get some boolits even though you exhibit symptoms of poorly planned preparation.
Thats like saying XPNCV fuel company is not really in business because they buy from a secondary distributor, not the refiner. And only built their gas station because they could make money at it.First of all, GlennB is not in business. If he was, he’d be buying from a wholesaler and not standing in line at Academy with all of his neckbeard buddies. He doesn’t buy and sell ammo on a regular basis; he only does it when there’s a shortage so he can mark it up higher than retail and resell it.
Secondly, it’s him and those of his ilk contribute to and perpetuate these shortages. If they weren’t out buying up as much ammo as they can, there would be more available to Joe or Mary gun buyer who just bought their first gun and want some ammo to go with it.
Again, I’ve got all the ammo I need so it doesn’t directly impact me. I just think it’s slimy. Obviously, some others disagree.
I guess if I see GlennB on the side of the road with a flat tire and no jack, I can offer to loan him my jack for $50 and you guys will think that’s perfectly fine. I don’t.
If you think he should be free to do this why is it slimy? You need to work on your reading and comprehension skills. In BOTH of my posts on this subject, I’ve said that I’m stocked up on ammo, so it’s no skin off my nose what GlennB does. I just think its slimy.
Also, in BOTH of my posts, I’ve said that it’s a free country and he can do what he wants. But I’m free to disagree with that practice.
Do you mind if I disagree? Is that ok with you? Is it ok that I post my opinion? Please?? Pretty please????
It’s the bragging about it and patting himself on the back for scalping the ammo sooo much lowers than his competing neckies are.If you think he should be free to do this why is it slimy?

Because you you are greedy or jealous of his work.
He isn't doing anything wrong, so why malign his work?
Because deep down you have some socialist leanings and are willing to shame someone for doing capitalist shit like working and making money for it.
Your argument is just inconsistent...

So, correct my terrible logic...Damn dude, you really do have logic and comprehension issues. Just because something is slimy or isn’t the right thing to do doesn’t necessarily mean it should be illegal.
Use my example in a prior post. If GlennB is on the side of the road with a flat tire and no jack, I stop and offer to let him use my jack for $50. Is that the right thing to do? Of course not. But it‘s not illegal, nor should it be. But it should would be a good indicator of a lack of character on my part.
And don’t tell me that you would think that was just a fine thing for me to do if you heard about it, or that you would criticize anyone who dared to criticize me.
