Does this mean you're not going back??I ate @ the downtown Houston Aquarium once! I was doing jury duty & had an hour to kill plus it was walking distance. To make it even more special it was during spring break.
I ordered a hamburger because it was cheap by their pricing. Worse hamburger ever, and screaming kids running amok made it worse. Service sucked as bad or worse then everything else.
Nor jury duty!Does this mean you're not going back??
I am partial to the thunder of a big ol radial, or 2 or 4....I'd rather see them in the air. I love aircraft museums, too, but the museum can't replicate the sound of a Rolls Royce Merlin roaring as a P-51 flies by, or the organ-shaking feel of an F-15 turning its afterburners toward you. At an airshow they're more real - museum pieces are often just the hollowed-out husks of once-powerful airframes. At an airshow, you experience them rather than just looking at them.
Lufthansa still had a JU-52 they flew around Germany to offer rides. I was just never in the right place at the right time.I did the tri motor as well.

I went 30 + years ago. To much walking around, to many out of control kids, seemed more like a theme park.so what’s wrong with NASA? My kids have been, but still a bucket list thing for me.
Ok, fair enough. ThanksI went 30 + years ago. To much walking around, to many out of control kids, seemed more like a theme park.
