I get 5-6 hrs of sleep on average. When i was in my 20s i could sleep half the day away if i wanted. not so much anymore. After getting up at 6 am for so long, its hard to sleep in. If medicated, i can get 8hrs if im lucky.

My nightly sleep in June. I could not tell you the last time I got 8 hours of sleep, but it has been years.
