Hollowpoints are "cop killer" bullets and are against the Geneva Convention
Geneva Convention does list bullets designed for expansion within the body and the filing off of the bullet hardcase to increase suffering. Of course only applicable in declared war with other signatory countries. We carried them in Iraq but not in Bosnia when under NATO flag.

Shotguns with longer barrels “shoot harder”.
According to Slow Joe, the AR15 shoots harder, and you only need a double barrel shotgun.

Sadly, people that have never shot a shotgun don't realize that a double barrel just might knock a small person on their butt. Especially if shot within a couple seconds of each other.

an ar15 was used at sandy hook

    What was it?
IIRC it was a Bushmaster brand AR. I think that's why some of the families were suing Remington, because they had already bought the Bushmaster brand of firearms.

Also IIRC, that AR belonged to the killer's mother, which he took after killing her. But it was in the trunk of the car the killer used to drive to the school, but best i remember, he never used the AR.

Wasn't it a Bushmaster? One of suits against Remington that was allowed to drag on helping in bankrupting the company (among other poor business decisions). I remember it being found the car trunk ....after the shooting also...........
