You can do it yourself if you have even the slightest clue of mechanics and are adventurous. It's very easy to do.

Yah... but I'm lazy I'd rather pay someone and know its done 100 percent correct, and maybe learn something in the process.

How to Adjust a Remington 700 Trigger

It's only 3 screws. Takes about an hour if you're going really slow. Use some finger nail polish to set the screws when you're done. It's really not hard at all.

Another option is an aftermarket replacement. Usually they drop right in, and the good ones are better than the factory trigger ever could be.
