Not sure on the weight. I'd sure like to know. I wasn't there so I couldn't get an assessment.

All I can say, I sure it was top water. That'd been a hoot!

Unless shes really tiny. I held one that big out of lake pleasant in AZ. 8.5 lbs. Not mine. We were all suprised. That one looks chunkier.

So, I looked up lake pleasant. Have you ever fished lake Alamo? It's close to there and a awesome place.

I tried to avoid that area. Especially the summers. Alamo easily gets in the high 1 teens. Along the colorado and east gets pretty hot. Still dont know why the love lake havasu in the summer. 125 sometimes.

I fished alot in my teens and 20s. Pleasant, lived by there same as Bartlet upper and lower salt river verde river then the rim lakes.

Biggest catfish and stripped bass I ever caught were in a golf course lake. Lol
