Springfield announced the 4.5" version of their XDm Elite 10mm yesterday.
I have their 3.8" compact 10mm and it's been flawless. I'd expect the same from the 4.5" XDm.
No problems with my G20 or G29 either, although they don't have fully supported chambers, which sucks since I reload 10mm. The Springfield's chamber is fully supported.
As for the Sig, I'll wait to see what problems people run into with it before considering it.

I keep talking myself out of pulling the trigger on a M&P 10mm because S&W has a tendency to release the Performance Center version right after I buy the standard model. I'll bet they have a 6 inch (a la G40) PC version waiting in the wings for when initial sales of the standard model slow down.
As for the Sig, I really don't like their optic mounting platform. Pain in the ass and can cause failures. Partly why I don't own a M17/18 etc.
