That depends. Unless you have tried it cooked in many different ways, you might be missing the one way that might appeal to you.

I'm not a fan of saurkraut, until my ex cooked some pork ribs with saurkraut and brown sugar. I found a way that I actually liked saurkraut.

I don't care for boiled crawfish, which I thought was being discussed.

I do love crawfish in other methods, such as etouffee, or gumbo.
