If you really want a Cougar, there is one, that I know of, that lives in the green belt behind my house. Not sure if it's a male or female because it was about 150 feet from me and partially hidden by the trees and brush. If you want to come out and look for it, be my guest. Just keep in mind that you will have to sneak up on it because I'm pretty sure it can run really fast on all 4 legs.

During my exodus from Portland, I rode the coast down to San Diego. After celebrating my Birthday at my aunt's house I headed east. Before hitting Primm, Nevada I could see black clouds above the pass. I said sarcastically to myself, "oh boy, this is going to be fun". Hail the size of dimes, a SUV rolled over on it's top and a semi jackknifed in the median, but I made it through. I was absolutely saturated by the time I made it down from the pass heading into Las Vegas. Glad I had a windshield, the hands were sore from the hail hitting them. The good thing was, the rain and hail washed off the coast. I was dry before I got to Hoover Dam.
If you want a potentially unforgettable evening, and your carrying some extra double stack mags, you might consider Sharpstown in Houston. It’s east of the Chinatown area. Alot of gamey, well-fed young ladies standing on the corners looking for a date.
