    Older big guy was losing the fight, so he produces a gun to try and level the playing field, only to lose the advantage, again!

    Couple of points:
    Best course of action, don't get into arguments in parking lots over bullshit in the first place.

    Don't pull a gun to try and gain the upper hand in a fist fight or scuffle.

    If you pull a gun, be ready to use it and you better be in the right if you do use it.

    I swear it looks like he pulled the trigger as soon as it came out, but it didn't fire. Maybe it had a safety and it kept him from committing murder.
