    Middle of no where
It seemed the 1st batch from late December to mid January got their cans in 100ish days or less. Now that they are in the February files those have been coming in about 160-180 days.

Not enough IMO. They are still processing February Efiles. So figure I takes them 6 months to do 2 months worth of stamps.
I just learned about the screw-up with silencer shop dumping several months of forms all at once in February causing a massive backlog. Allegedly BATFE saw this error and assigned many more agents to clear out the backlog to get closer to approval goal numbers and some people were getting their cans in 30 days. What really burns my bush is ATF has the manpower and staffing to clear out massive backlogs like this in an expedited manner, but doesn't do it periodically throughout the year. There simply is no reason a fingerprint, photo, and background check should take 180 or 365+ days regardless of staffing. With their nearly unlimited budget, it shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks, and before the obvious posts come in yeah there shouldn't be a check at all but this is the sandbox we're in.

Edit: Allegedly their "service goal" target is 60 days for form4 approvals/denials. by most public and independent metrics they're at 170 days.

Paid for the can on the 13th, just got the DocuSign cert today (25th) because of a mixup with the shop I bought from. Their mistake and I'm not going to out them for a mistake because we all make them. Silencershop says its preparing eForms so I assume they'll be sent off by September. 6 months from today should be late February, early March unless theres some kind of ATF year-end push to clear out a bunch of forms? Lets be optimistic, fellas! Their service goal is 3 months, and silencershop says its averaging about 6 months so who knows. Sucks buying it almost 2 weeks ago and the timer is just now starting but mistakes are usually accidental.

46M is officially in jail. Guess I'll get to researching barrels, muzzle devices, and a few others so I can use it.

So as I understand the next step is waiting for the final cert from Silencershop and then you do the last verification through the LGS. Correct? I think that’s when the clock starts ticking. That took about 2 weeks for me.

Oh- and make sure your application matches your ATF registration to the letter. Ask me how I know…

This is my first time efiling through a kiosk. I think the DocuSign is done with Silencershop, now I think I'm waiting on LGS for another cert. What you said is similar to what the LGS said the process is. DocuSign had my middle name on it so I signed that too. Said I have to make an ATF pin, so who knows what all that entails.

Must have an ATF pin. It’s not hard, but it’s a must.http://Eform.atf.gov. Has to match your certification exactly. You’ll get a notice from SS that your silencer has been received by the LGS. You’ll them get online with the LGS and mutually fill out the very. Then you’re done.

LGS already has the suppressor in-house. It was never ordered online. Do I wait and make an eforms account and pin when told by the LGS or should I just make one now? Seems like she said I could go to their shop and complete the cert in person too.

Looks like the website is https://eforms.atf.gov/

Used the kiosk today on 9/10 and everything shows 100%. I believe my wait begins for a Griffin Recce 5. I’ll call on Monday and verify with Silencer Shop.

Anyone know if I’ll be able to log into eForms and view the “progress” the same way as if I filed myself without the kiosk?

Mine just says signature completed, eForm submitted. Thats it. I assume just like paper form when you call an ATF agent they say it hasn't yet been approved or rejected so silencershop doesn't have anything other than "submitted". Mines only been submitted for about 12 days though.

Its funny SilencerShop says about 6 months with the median time being ~175 days or whatever. Then on ATFs website they're saying 100 days with a service goal of 90 days. I have a feeling thats some bureaucracy number keeping for agents' performance metrics.

Give it a few more days. SS will send you an email stating your form is “certified”. Then you’ll contact the LGS and finish the paperwork. Unless you’ve already done that final step. After that it’s a waiting game.

No I did the cert process with the guy over the phone and remote desktop signing session. Said now the waiting period starts. I mean the silencershop website just said eform submitted.

I've been seeing paper stamps start to trickle in from July of 2021. Efiles I've been seeing February 2022 come in... still haven't seen any Efiles for March come in yet.
Good to hear. My form1 SBR was only 11 days but I expect this to be at least 6 months.
