I'll take 1 of all the toppings previously mentioned, but exclude pineapple (gawd no), and include anchovies.

P.S. when you make spaghetti sauce throw in some anchovies for extra flavor, you won't even know they're there, they sorta melt into the sauce...you're welcome.

Just what you said, plus add either banana or jalapeno peppers for me.

Yes, we have no banana on pizza!!!

I made spaghetti recently... had a package of ground goat meat from my hematologist, he raises goats for milk, so I used it in the marinara sauce, along with a bunch of Italian sausage... it was damn good!!! BTW, bbq goat is one of the best.

mm24/7, I like anchovies in Caesar salad dressing, might have to try them in spaghetti sauce or some of that fish sauce.

I grew up on Long Island, good old floppy pizza that you fold over to eat.
And to me floppy is soggy. I worked in a Shakey's when I was 14-15 we had a tool the you rolled over the crust before you started building. It poked holes in the crust for 2 reasons let the steam escape from under the pizza & to keep bubbles developing in the crust. We used a live crust that made the crust both snappy & chewy.

Many pizza kitchen the ingredient are often in a liquid, mushroom, olives, artichokes. Others that are raw are mostly water just like us & the planet. Raw mushrooms, bell peppers & onions will weep all over if the oven aint supper hot. Then most of you meats are greasy. Low moisture cheese is another culprit.

Do you know the recipe for the potatoes?
As I remember it 48 years ago Shakeys did chicken too. The chicken coating & potatoe coating were basically the same but came in seperate propriatory Shakey's corporate spice packages

I remember mixing the sauce wich was opening a shit load of #5 cans of sauce & paste adding water & the packets then mixing it.

I'll bet you $100.00 the recipe blend is on the internet more times then your going to read all of.
