    That place east of Waco....
I’m of the mind there is no conceivable way anyone can comply with this ruling if they own a pistol of any flavor without an ATF review of the firearm in question.

How did I get there? ATF tells you some of the things they can consider is marketing, manufacturer statements, and what the general public does with the firearm.

Since ATF doesn’t regulate accessories, but firearms, they can’t really say one Heritage Rough Rider .22LR is a pistol. Since the firearm is designed with removable grips, braces (which can’t be regulated - unlike bumpstocks) have been manufactured, some of those braces contain surface area, and some people have used that brace to shoulder the pistol, therefore the firearm is an SBR.

    Absolutely fûcking retarded.

Only way to tell if you're legal is if your dog is still alive.....

I was thinking about buying another CZ Scorpion Micro to replace the one that was stolen, but now, probably not. I would want a brace of some kind and that looks like asking batfe to come knocking. We don't have a dog so no worries about that.

    Helotes!
    Great! Thank you.

Now, Do your answers remain the same with the fact that they did make and sell aftermarket braces that you could put on these AK pistols.

If you have an AK pistol that you installed an aftermarket brace (did not come from the factory/manufacture with it ) on do you just need to remove the brace and dispose of it to return to legal status?

As far as I interpret the guidance, if you have a shoulder brace on an AK pistol, it must be either: 1) registered as a SBR (keeping both separated as much as possible until it is), or 2) you can simply remove the brace.

There is a third option, which is: 3) "Fudge the government, I ain't doing either!" which is a decision which needs to be made on a personal level and not succuming to any of the pressure others on TGT place on you!

Just saw this on YouTube. I’m sure there will be more videos similar to this. I am a member of GOA, but always think for yourself. More than likely, many of you have already seen this.

How about a wife? How about a child?

    Typical atf....

Take an oath to protect and defend the constitution of the States; spend a career doing all you can to shred it.

This is exactly what I would expect from this sack of steaming **** gaggle of petty tyrants.

Okay, I need some help here. I've read this entire thread and don't know any more than when I started. It seems like anything with a brace will be illegal according to the batfags. Is this true? Because I've got a strong itch for one of these:
