Spring Forward tonight. We lose an hour of sleep that we have to wait until fall time change to get back.

I never loose or gain that hour. I go to bed when I get tired and wake up long before most of the rest of the world regardless of what the time on the clock says.
Time change effects me not!

The only real use I have for clocks is so when someone tells me they will be here at 8:00, I can rag on them when they show up at 8:15
DST is nothing more than a bad joke.

One Christmas when I was a kid my mom said we couldn't open presents till 6am. Us kids were up way before that time so me being the oldest went around and changed the clocks. We opened our presents at 6, Mom couldn't understand why family due at 1 were late.

Anyone like me, all my clocks have to synchronized. I use my phone to watch the seconds count down before setting them.
