Just listened to Trump's speech in NC at their GOP convention and he said he would stop the war between Russia and Ukraine in the first day he is re-elected to office. I would usually discount such brave statements from ANY politician but he has a record of accurately calling his shots.

Putin and his cabal are war criminals for their unprovoked rape of that country.
He has turned Russia into a rogue nation that has screwed around and is finding out the hard way.

Convincing Sweden & Finland into doing an about face about joining NATO should give even the braindead a clue about how bad his tyrannical & totally corrupt regime is.

It could be a small gamble, but Trump probably could bring an end to the war in 24 hours.

I know how I would do it, probably the same way Trump would. And NATO would freak out.

The Bradleys did exactly what they were designed to do once they hit those mines: they protected the crews and got most of them out alive. Bradleys aren't mine-proof. The aerial photographs I saw looked like they were close together and at least 2 platoons in the one photograph that would suggest the two that got taken out, with the third probably further away.

Just relating what I had read. These things are somewhat fluid as more information becomes available over time.

I am trying to recall the count Russia had reported (may well have been a higher count than what you cite). What I read had showed pretty conclusively that the Russians had double counted based on photograph analysis. Would have to try and find the writeup again.
