They're now saying that the SWAT team used flashbang grenades that may have caught the cabin on fire and ignited Dorner's ammunition cache.

They might have, but problems with that theory are...

Flashbangs won't start fires. Designed not to. Tear gas or smoke can and sometimes will.

Burning ammo is a non-threat. It won't put you into emergency surgery, unless you get a piece of brass in your eye or something.

Last I read tear gas was used, the cabin caught on fire, and no attempt was made to extinguish it. Sounds like Waco all over again.

He's dead. They burned the cabin down with him in it.

You guys are a riot. You make noises like the police intentionally caught the place on fire with the intent to fry him. You make noises like this nutbags death was somehow wrong, and the police should have made efforts to save him or something.

If I misread you, I apologize now.

You are also a riot. Acting like a crooked cop or department never existed.

Actually the live scanner feed on radioreference suggested they did intentionally burn him out.

One, I have never acted like that. Two, what does that have to do with this?

It has something to do with this because you said this:

It is very possible that the house was burned with him inside intentionally.

What leads you to make that conclusion?

I did not draw that conclusion, I wrote "SUGGESTED". You decide what the following suggests happened:

"we are going ahead with the burn, like we talked about"

    "burners deployed....we have a fire"

"fire in the front. he may come out the back"

    "Cabin fully engulfed"

Not that I particularly care that the guy is dead but, wasn't the fire quite convenient.

ETA: didn't see renegades post above until after sending this. So, like I said, convenient fire and of course they heard a single gun shot.

He just killed a cop a the front door and shot one at the rear door. No way was an entry team going to be the first option.

Like the Waco idiots, he probably barricaded himself in thus making it hard to get out.

So when the fire started, he was not getting out easily.

CA cops are very different. They're the ones who taught me that the police aren't my friend.

It scares me that they're going to end up as the model for the future. I can already see things drifting that way.
